San Francisco Love

Here's a little collection from my last day in California, specifically San Francisco. I fell in love with this city the moment I first saw it. I'm a sucker for all the unique little shops, the weaved greenery with flowers on their walls, the hills...you GUYS I cant forget those hills!! There's a perfect balance of vintage and modern all over the city. There's so much variety in scenery, boutiques, ethnicity, there's something there for everyone. Lets not forget their coastline and beautiful bridges. I guess I have to mention the only thing that sucks is the driving. It's definitely a challenge to get around the packed, steep streets but I was lucky enough to have a personal chauffeur who knew what he was doing ;)

For our rendezvous in the city, I chose to strut in these classy red heels by Pink Basis and the outfit by H&M.

Vintage Afternoon

In case you haven't noticed, I'm a sucker for all things vintage. So peter-pan collars, high waisted shorts, and red lipstick are all things I obsess about. And if you add floral print on that..oh my..I'm done for. I'm also a girl who loves a good deal. I hate hate hate spending a fortune on a piece of clothing knowing I could get 3 things for that price at some other store. I actually love thrifting for that reason. Naturally, I love finding modern vintage stores that aren't to expensive (because as we all know those are pretty rare). I was extremely excited to run across Sincerely Sweet Boutique and their super chic high-waisted shorts and this adorable shirt. Not only are the shorts floral, they fit nicely, high quality, and are very comfortable. I was also happy I chose this shirt from their gallery because I've been on a hunt for unique short-sleeved shirts this hot and humid Tennessee season . Love how it all came together in the end.

Another thing I figured out with this outfit, is not to be afraid to pair florals with florals. I wasn't sure if this kimono was going to do the outfit a favor or not but it really added to the ensemble.
